What we collect

When you buy a kit or add money to a card, we collect your name, email address and, for kits, your shipping address. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

We collect basic usage data, such as pages visited and QR codes scanned, to understand how MYTE is used.

People who receive cards

We do not require personal information from the people who receive MYTE cards. Card purchase activity is used only to operate the card and to report, in aggregate, how cards are used.

How we use it

We use your information to process orders and gifts, ship kits, send receipts and updates about cards you gave or refilled, prevent fraud, and improve MYTE.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run MYTE, such as payment processing, card issuing, shipping, email and analytics, or when the law requires it.
