Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-ordered kit for a full refund any time before it ships. Email us with your order number.

Kits

Unused kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the kit price. The card must not have been activated, handed out or loaded. Once a card has been given to someone, the kit can't be returned.

Money added to cards

Money added to a MYTE card is final and non-refundable once the gift is completed.

Damaged or lost kits

If your kit arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us within 30 days and we'll send a replacement.
